Being that amaretto is made from almonds and apricots would it be safe to say that it's just as bad as say Vodka or could it be compared with Rum?

This is all on an individual basis, how it reacts in your own system...if you enjoy Amaretto I think you can have it in moderation. I've been seeing quite a few DiSaronno commercials!
