I am a little sick of plain water so I've been adding a teaspoon or two of citric acid to a liter or so of tap water. Is citirc acid paleo approved?

I was wondering if bone broth with a little added unrefined sea salt could be a decent recovery drink? I know it doesn't have potassium but I'm low carb and have a lot of weight to lose so I'm not interested in coconut water or tubers. I had some... (more)

You could just use the Morton's Lite instead of the unrefined sea salt. It has potassium chloride. It keeps the leg cramps away.

I am satisfied to drink ice water much of the time. I also drink %100 fruit juice, coconut water, coconut milk, tomato juice (not that V8 **), mint tea, chocolate milk, smoothies and more. I never lack for variety in that department =] (more)

I would avoid the Crystal Light. Try some HINT Water. There is the ingredient of "natural flavors" which is suspicious, but no sugar, no artificial sweeteners and they are quite tasty. Try different flavors, some do taste like flower water. I... (more)

I like to enjoy a few alcoholic drinks on the weekends. I have been doing NorCal Margaritas for a couple months. I was just wondering if anyone has played around with other Paleo alcoholic beverages???

Why not Good Earth and Traditional Medicinal teas? They're more flavorful and even sweet tasting.
