I'm looking for some good recipes to make in bulk if anyone has any good ideas? I would appreciate it I try to cook most of the time in bulk so I don't have to cook every night. I try to limit my cooking to 2-3 days a week.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1405197714 This has been my favorite book. It collects a massive amount of nutrition studies. It does specifically prescribe "the" paleo diet, but it's very much in line with principles. (more)

This overstates things a bit but I wanted to ask hackers about their views on measuring Vs. weighing. I agree with the average 30lb overweight SAD-eater who just went Paleo is probably better off measuring. Especially if they didn't already... (more)
