I would with VB's advice except I've read mixed reports about intermittent fasting for women..... consider with caution. Also if you tolerate dairy, fermented can work.

Sounds like nutrient deficiencies. Try some bone broth, liver and some hard cheese. Not all supplements absorb well.

Tim Ferriss suggests air squats after eating chocolate cake :) Actually a good way to deal with the anxiety is to do a marathon workout and then go back to paleo.

So the question is are you doing it to treat a symptom...i.e. sick care (allopathic medicine), or are you paleo to improve and maintain health i.e. health care (holistic health). My answer is almost always the latter.
