If you aren't already supplementing Magnesium, try 400-600 mg before bed. See if you stop binging (give it at least 6 weeks.) If not, it's likely psychological/emotional attachment.

Try fish oils - they really help diminish the urge to binge. Even eating more oily fish like sardines has helped me, and I was a long term binge eater - more than 25 yrs

pizza , ice cream and cheese wontons.., general tso chicken BTW, all three are heavy in grains and sugars which are far worse (imo) than dairy. Perhaps you are using these as cravings for wheat/sugar unknowingly...
