Try fish oils - they really help diminish the urge to binge. Even eating more oily fish like sardines has helped me, and I was a long term binge eater - more than 25 yrs

Pizza, ice cream, and wontons are appealing junk food, not "dairy foods," even if they contain dairy. If you were binging on, say, cottage cheese and yogurt I could imagine it having something to do with dairy.
