I went off the pill a little over a year ago after a 7 year stint. I have to say that the transition was really great, though my period was infrequent for the first 4-5 months, it came back and was normal after that. I did supplement vitamin D... (more)

So, I gave birth 5 days ago, but I'm concerned that I haven't had a bowel movement since the first day. I did take two stool softener pills while at the hospital and they were loose stools, but I haven't been able to go since, and it's very... (more)

My (paleo) nutritionist kind of negatively huffed at my answer to taking the birth control pill, mentioning that it could cause a disruption in sexual drive. Though that's not my main concern, obviously BC isn't paleo, and I'm wondering what kind... (more)
