Aspirin and coumadin have two separate functions. Coumadin is an anticoagulant where vitamin K is the antidote and we give it quite frequently. Vitamin K would work by making one of your coagulation pathways more "clotable." Aspirin... (more)

It could be perimenopause. I did same thing this February. My periods kept getting closer together, then came for 2-3 weeks. I went to Primary doc. She said that is common at my age of 47. I am hoping they will just stop all together here... (more)

I'm also thinking hormones. Have you have a hormone panel done? Spotting can be a sign of excess estrogen (or lack of progesterone) and that can certainly feed into cravings.

Example if I have a scab from a blemish and I do a scrub with washcloth the blemish seems to bleed longer than ore paleo. Could it be that I am missing something or overdoing something? Vitamin or mineral? I only take d3 when I can't get outside... (more)
