Aspirin and coumadin have two separate functions. Coumadin is an anticoagulant where vitamin K is the antidote and we give it quite frequently. Vitamin K would work by making one of your coagulation pathways more "clotable." Aspirin... (more)

Id make an apt at an urgent care center. I dont think the er is necessary at all if its just period blood.

I'm also thinking hormones. Have you have a hormone panel done? Spotting can be a sign of excess estrogen (or lack of progesterone) and that can certainly feed into cravings.

Example if I have a scab from a blemish and I do a scrub with washcloth the blemish seems to bleed longer than ore paleo. Could it be that I am missing something or overdoing something? Vitamin or mineral? I only take d3 when I can't get outside... (more)

If you choose to supplement with K, make sure it is K2 and is in a high enough dose. A high enough dose is likely 1mg or so. A lot of the products are in micrograms and/or are K1, which just isn't the same. I take 5mg, but I think it would... (more)
