Definitely do try the ghee/butter replacement. I'd recommend following a paleo autoimmune protocol if you're having a lot of problems with it. There's a lot of good books out there on paleo autoimmune protocols if you're not familiar with it.... (more)

DITCH THE DAIRY and DITCH the excess carbs that make you bloat. If you feel uncomfortable and you know why, then it's simple - get them out of your mouth!

Yes. Steamed cabbage is a guaranteed bloat for me. Don't steam it, cooked the crap out of it in a soup, cut it in half and roast it in the oven, or pickle it like sauerkraut.

Personally I don't do well on low carb but my body is very sensitive to grains/legumes. I bloat immediately. Wonder how many other people do higher carb? And what carbs you have? I eat lots of bananas & sweet potatoes!

Main benefit of fasting - learning that almost all those feelings from the stomach I used to fix by eating actually resolve themselves better without food being dumped in there.

Unless the caffeine is having an effect, I can see no other real problems with the diet. I'd agree with Stephen-Aegis about investigating ASAP.
