Coconut oil is extremely inflammatory. Fruit in your smoothie (if you've included any) can lead to fermentation in the gut. And finally, leafy greens can be difficult to digest in their raw state. Triple whammy! (more)

Have you tried eliminating bananas, avocado and kiwi's? I went paleo and were still bloated like crazy then found out that there is a link to birch allergies and those fruits. After stopping those my stomach finally stop being bloated. (more)

Some of your symptoms, such as the anxiety and fatigue, indicate a thyroid problem. Have you had it checked? Large amounts of cruciferous vegetables can exacerbate a hypoactive thyroid.
