You don't need any salmon oil. Simply buy wild salmon and eat it (or in cans).

When I used to eat sweet potatoes, they would make me bloat like a balloon. That's my experience, maybe it's yours as well. High starch and fiber can cause your gut to become distended and swell up somewhat.

Surely it's just PMS if you're female and can be ignored and will pass. Also you might just be going to catch a germ, a cold or sore throat so just get to bed very early each night, have naps, drink plenty of water and it may pass. (more)

What about low stomach acid? Do a search on the web about it. There's a homemade test with asking soda you can try that may give you the answer or better yet talk to your doctor about it and possible he could test you.

Sodas generally contain phosphoric acid (pH around 2.7, so quite acidic) ... that might be the reason it helps your digestion. From what I can remember soda always helped when I had too much to eat ... but I stay away from it nowadays.
