Im thinking of tracking my progress with Paleo and Fitness through some sort of blog. Maybe track my meals, how I'm feeling, if I'm improving or not, etc. Do you think anyone would even care or read it? I think it might be interesting but I guess... (more)

I have nothing against vegans. I mean, eat the f* what you want to. I don't care, unless you're a friend or family member, but even then I'm not in their face about it. I am not an evangelist, preferring to lead by example. I figure when I get... (more)

On my blog (www.urgeschmack.de) I use three methods 1) delete if insulting 2) ignore if insignificant 3) ask about credible sources if they make any claims about health issues. The trolls never come back. Those who are seriously interested... (more)

I'm just one year into being 4P (Paleo/Primal/Panu/Pastoral) and my "safety period" is now past. When I started down this path, I was trying it for a month, then a quarter, then I was in-for-life. 8^) I promised myself that I would not start a... (more)

I have seen a lot of non-paleo "mom" or cooking blogs* lately advocating the use of fats - lard, coconut oil, etc. They may make a token statement that fat is not really the enemy, or even go so far as to link to the Weston A. Price foundation... (more)
