Hey All, So I have a little blog going along with the website for my about-to-start nutrition consulting practice. There are some things I've already included and will continue to include, like book & product reviews, and recipes. I've also... (more)
I would add just to bring what you learn from your practice to your writing. I enjoy the insights you can only get from someone in a clinical setting. Good luck with your practice!
If you were going to blog about paleo or just health in general, what would be something you must include? (It would be nice to see specifics too like favorite recipes or charts). What sections would you want to talk about? Thanks!
Im thinking of tracking my progress with Paleo and Fitness through some sort of blog. Maybe track my meals, how I'm feeling, if I'm improving or not, etc. Do you think anyone would even care or read it? I think it might be interesting but I guess... (more)
The important thing is that you care about your progress. Writing about anything brings a real sense of order and accountability as well a solidifies what you're accomplishing. And yes I'm always reading someones blog on how the paleo lifestyle... (more)
Tonight Flylady (an icon for home organization) linked to Dr. K's blog and apparently crashed his site from so many visitors. She has thousands of devoted followers, and she recently read 'Why we get fat' and shares this wisdom with her followers.... (more)
I have nothing against vegans. I mean, eat the f* what you want to. I don't care, unless you're a friend or family member, but even then I'm not in their face about it. I am not an evangelist, preferring to lead by example. I figure when I get... (more)

I have seen a lot of non-paleo "mom" or cooking blogs* lately advocating the use of fats - lard, coconut oil, etc. They may make a token statement that fat is not really the enemy, or even go so far as to link to the Weston A. Price foundation... (more)
This is pretty common here in Brooklyn. You'll see pie doughs made with white flour and lard. And one of my favorite restaurants has bacon doughnuts. I guess the rising tide floats all ships and makes it easier to get lard and bacon for everyone,... (more)
I've been reading Robb Wolf, PaNu, Whole HEalth Source, Heart Scan Blog, etc. for a long time. They are great resources but VERY intimidating and complicated for a newbie. I've managed to absorb a lot over time but can't remember which articles... (more)
Not too long ago, PaleoHacker Adam Crafter asked what a Paleo magazine would contain --- I am thinking along those same lines and I need your help. I am working on a BIG project whose mission is to responsibly steward the Paleo Diet into the... (more)
Razwell has a great blog where he discusses obesity. This information is hardly known by the public. This guy is REALLY good. http://razwell.blogspot.com
