I would say you need to introduce more real food to your diet, it seems everything you're eating is highly processed. Don't complicate things, keep it simple, go back to basics, eat like a caveman.

I think it's blood (fertilized egg perhaps?). Just toss the red part if you can, otherwise toss all of it and start over. You might want to crack each egg individually into a glass before adding it to your bowl.
