I had a blood test in Ireland in 2012 and my testosterone was '30.1'. I have had a test recently (2014) and it is 15.3 nmol/l (Range 6.3-24.7).I don't know what metric the test used in 2012 but if it is nmol/l my Testosterone levels have dropped... (more)

A lot of your symptoms are probably being caused by electrolyte depletion / imbalance. If you're low carb, you need to be consuming about 5 grams of sodium a day. 5 days / week of intense cardio is not healthy either.
