25 year old male 5'7" 160lbs

BTW this winter I'm taking 2K a day instead.

I had a 25(OH)D level of about 90 from taking 4K a day (lean people max out their D3 storage capacity rapidly and then it starts pooling in the blood). It took me many months of taking none at all to get down to 50ng/ml.

I'm not a doctor but I wouldn't worry. I think you're good. I'd stop taking vit D for a while though.Are you a muscular 160lbs?

first, your LDL is an estimate based on the Friedwald formula and not a measurement, so I wouldn't put too much stock in it. Second, it's not that high, and all of your ratios look really good!

I wouldn't worry about that LDL. The Total:HDL ratio is probably the most important measure.

is my LDL too high? IT says it is way out of range? I supplement like 6k IU per day but i just got back from florida the day before the test... gonna stop taking the VIT D for a month then cut back to 4k IU

Everything is fine except for the vitamin D which looks to high. Dial down on supplements.
