Eating more natural, less toxic food would benefit anyone. Give it a try. All the bacon and ribeyes you can eat isn't half bad either. As for the leg pain, you run 30-40 miles per week! I suspect that could be part of (all of) the problem. (more)

Calories do matter and people can experience weight gain on paleo if they overeat. Calorie counting is pretty easy nowadays with a variety of websites/apps that essentially do it for you. Cronometer, Paleotrack, LoseIt, FitDay, etc...
