Hi there, I have been doing Leangains for roughly a month now by slowly implementing it. My questions are: I can't seem to find many female success stories? Are there any women out there with success on Leangains? If so how long did it take and... (more)

I am not left-handed, yet, for some reason, my entire left side body is fatter than my right. I know it is not muscle because I am Stonger on my right. Yet, my thigh, shin, breast, arm, and ankle--all bigger on my left. However, I actually just... (more)
