What can it be?! Apparently, it was not related to low body temp. as electronic thermometer is just not accurate enough.

It wouldn't hurt to check out your thyroid, just to be sure you're not hyperthyroid. If you do so, def include the full panel - TSH, T3, T4, TPO at a minimum. Doctors rarely look at anything besides TSH, which misses a lot of conditions. If your... (more)

I'm on VLC, and particularly after breakfast - which is usually bacon, eggs, veggies and a teaspoon or two of coconut oil I am noticeably warmer. During the summer months this can get a bit uncomfortable, so it's lucky I live in the UK. :)

VLC + Low Cal (Cron-inspired fasting) = very cold. Normal VLC w/high fat = normal. VLC + High Protein (PSMF) = furnace. In my experience, anyway.
