Even in my vegetarian days I would sometime breakfast with lentil soup. Now I am fully on the salty/savory side, and rice, natto, eggs or sardines, sprouts and olives can not be beat. So nutritious. I will add a fruit at the end, but that's it. (more)

Try carb back loading and adding some raw milk in there, it's the most anabolic substance outside of steroids. Add it to a post work out shake or something, even if it's not paleo.

I brew a cup of fennel tea and mix in 1tbs ACV + 1tbs Aloe Vera Juice and drink it while I prepare dinner -- I've found it incredibly helpful. I also drink kombucha daily which has had a noticeable effect as well.

Egg protein is great...good inbetween of whey and casein. If you have a reliable source to get fresh eggs from, have em raw. If not, you can buy the powder or just east eggs after your workout (hardboiled if you want immediately after)

Body builders get big because they eat a lot. Just make sure what you eat follows a Paleo template (like yams instead of oatmeal or meat protein instead of whey). When you look at a typical BBr's meal plan, just think outside the box a little. (more)

I replaced all of my many vitamins with Now Foods Liver Powder. I notice better gains on that then all the super multis and individual vitamins I was taking (all from quality brands). Eating a lot of offal would be another option.
