Even in my vegetarian days I would sometime breakfast with lentil soup. Now I am fully on the salty/savory side, and rice, natto, eggs or sardines, sprouts and olives can not be beat. So nutritious. I will add a fruit at the end, but that's it. (more)

Try carb back loading and adding some raw milk in there, it's the most anabolic substance outside of steroids. Add it to a post work out shake or something, even if it's not paleo.

I brew a cup of fennel tea and mix in 1tbs ACV + 1tbs Aloe Vera Juice and drink it while I prepare dinner -- I've found it incredibly helpful. I also drink kombucha daily which has had a noticeable effect as well.
