Hey everyone, I'm brand new to the Paleo lifestyle but it absolutely intrigues me! In other words - I'm on board :) Where is good place to start in terms of information? Preferably, a YouTube channel...but a book would be fine.

How much weight do you need to lose and how quickly do you need to lose it? If you're in a hurry, you should consider a ketogenic diet. A lot of Paleo books are against the kind of weighing and measuring require to really hit this point home. ... (more)
