I think the question is pretty self-explanatory lol since I started strict paleo two weeks ago I've had some trouble with this aspect of the lifestyle. Also I've heard spinach and coconut flour but nope, don't work for me. Thanks (more)

Any change in diet can cause funky changes to happen to your digestion. This would explain it if you're new to paleo. Eat plenty of vegetables, homemade bone broth (the geletain will help the muscles in the intestines), get enough probiotics... (more)

I would consider making small changes at a time. Try adding in just egg yolks. Easiest way is to hardboil and place in cold or ice water for easier peeling. Eggs and Fish are the keys to get back in. You made a lot of changes all at once. No... (more)
