I think the question is pretty self-explanatory lol since I started strict paleo two weeks ago I've had some trouble with this aspect of the lifestyle. Also I've heard spinach and coconut flour but nope, don't work for me. Thanks (more)

Any change in diet can cause funky changes to happen to your digestion. This would explain it if you're new to paleo. Eat plenty of vegetables, homemade bone broth (the geletain will help the muscles in the intestines), get enough probiotics... (more)

I've never had that problem using raw cocoa powder and water. Have you tried raw cocoa powder and then using a smaller amount? I'm thinking that it could be some of the same issues as some people have with coffee causing digestive issues. At least... (more)

I second the opinion on nuts. I found that nuts gave me digestive distress, yet they are allowed on the Paleo diet. So play with taking nuts out.
