I would suggest photos of your body as well. And blood work if you want to spend the money. I started to 'adjust' my diet late summer 2012....took no photos & did no blood work, now I regret it. :(

I'm curious as to how the community feels about nootropics as well. Every winter, I get a complex (Huperzine A, Galantamine, Vinpocetine, etc) and it always really helps to combat the effects of the season. Hmm...I'm going to look into that. (more)

The question was whether lard impairs cognitive function. I doubt it, because long-lived populations that favor lard exhibit almost no dementia. From large population studies, you would be lead to conclude that lard improves cognitive function.... (more)
