Well tbh there are certainly foodstuffs that are less processed and come with more nutrients than packed oat bran. Though bran itself is probably not problematic, as with so many other things there are far better choices.

I purchase a bathing soap that contains rice bran oil. I know to avoid rice bran oil for cooking and eating purposes, but what do you think about it as an ingredient in bar soap. Should I still stay away? I know it has high PUFA levels. Thoughts? (more)
