I would eat more protein. What you described would not be nearly enough for me! I generally try to eat 40-50g of protein for my first meal.

Bananas are one of the highest in sugar fruits out there! If you want a fruit smoothie in the AM, you should try using berries... And I would use EITHER milk OR yogurt, not both. The avocado is a great addition though!

I can't help you with any chemistry but maybe try doing something active to stimulate your appetite. I know when I don't eat and go work out early in the morning, I get very hungry very soon after starting, even if I had no appetite before. (more)
