Have you tried Intermittent Fasting? I usually will have just coffee in the morning with a tablespoon of heaving cream, then not eat until dinner around 6 PM. I do this 4-5 days a week and it works great for me. www.brooksrembert.com (more)

OK...I see a couple newer posters poo pooing this. I understand some of the trepidation, but after you've been eating this way a while it kinda goes without saying that you "paleoize" the dish. That means best sourced meat you can afford and... (more)

Bananas are one of the highest in sugar fruits out there! If you want a fruit smoothie in the AM, you should try using berries... And I would use EITHER milk OR yogurt, not both. The avocado is a great addition though!

To buy or not to buy? I usually have a green smoothie for breakfast along with my eggs, and this taste good as topping. But, how healthy is it really?

Smoothies are not paleo, you don't need magic berries from the other side of the planet. Eat a small bit of liver each week - it's the only true superfood.
