Wild Salmon Fillet (i take out of my freezer every night before bed (costco)) Tbsp of Avocado, Some Lettuce (spinach, romaine, any kind) or a veggies (broccoli, asparagus, cauli,) I only eat eggs really when I make pancakes! (more)

Smoothies are not paleo, you don't need magic berries from the other side of the planet. Eat a small bit of liver each week - it's the only true superfood.

Drink it and decide how you react to it. I haven't had breakfast in 6 months, nor would I drink a smoothie as it isn't as enjoyable as just having the fruit in a bowl of yogurt instead of whey protein.

I can't help you with any chemistry but maybe try doing something active to stimulate your appetite. I know when I don't eat and go work out early in the morning, I get very hungry very soon after starting, even if I had no appetite before. (more)

Something like Brazilian Cheese Bread is simple, easy, fast and tasty. They are hard to stop eating so having a crowd to finish them off is best. Also some good pumpkin pie with nut crusts, google for recipes. (more)
