Using the Whole30 ideology...remove the food for 30 days then bring back in. You have to keep your diet very strict with this to determine that the item removed/added is the actual offender. Good luck!

you haven't tried BP coffee? seriously?! Dude it's absolutely amazing. I hate coffee, the beans are the best beans i've ever tasted, I can drink it black without any bad mold taste, and the clarity you get and performance is unbeatable.

You could always try adding more butter + MCT oil so you don't need a mid-morning snack. You can carry a thick BP coffee in a thermos and drink throughout the morning. Way more convenient than breakfast! :)

That seems like a lot of coconut oil to start off with if you haven't supplemented with it in the past...Heck, even 1 tablespoon is enough to give people the runs if they aren't used to it.
