you haven't tried BP coffee? seriously?! Dude it's absolutely amazing. I hate coffee, the beans are the best beans i've ever tasted, I can drink it black without any bad mold taste, and the clarity you get and performance is unbeatable.

You could always try adding more butter + MCT oil so you don't need a mid-morning snack. You can carry a thick BP coffee in a thermos and drink throughout the morning. Way more convenient than breakfast! :)

it is possible you have a dairy allergy, to the butter. I used to get that same exact problem when i would drink the bulletproof coffee.

I don't find bulletproof coffee to be all that miraculous. It's tasty, though, and if you put a little butter in it's no different really than regular coffee with cream. Put a lot of butter in and then it does seem to quell appetite for a while.... (more)

You can make the coffee with clarified butter or ghee. You should probably be able to tolerate that better than dairy since it's just butter fat. You can use coconut oil but MCT oil has no taste and is a higher concentration of MCTs so it is... (more)
