Using the Whole30 ideology...remove the food for 30 days then bring back in. You have to keep your diet very strict with this to determine that the item removed/added is the actual offender. Good luck!

you haven't tried BP coffee? seriously?! Dude it's absolutely amazing. I hate coffee, the beans are the best beans i've ever tasted, I can drink it black without any bad mold taste, and the clarity you get and performance is unbeatable.

The answer is going to be "it depends." Working out fasted is awesome. It does a lot of good things for us, including autophagy. If you are well adapted to burning fat, and have enough fat reserves, maybe you can get away with a long endurance... (more)

That is a super common response to the first time you have a lot of coconut oil at once. I did the same thing and thought I was gonna die. You have to work up to that much.

I'd question daves sanity. You have a lot more problems if 1 you have ever bought moldy coffee . I never have and 2 if you think eating a stick of butter no matter the source is even remotely healthy. The BP diet is a joke. Just my point of view (more)
