Please read the book "Why Stomach Acid is Good For You" Supplementing with Hydrochloric Acid and following the other recommendations by Dr. Wright in this book helped me overcome devastating heartburn about 5 years ago. (more)

You probably have almost no glycogen in your muscles to fuel anaerobic activity. Eating 130g net carbs a day would replete liver glycogen only. If you're lifting weights or doing sprints, you need to exceed that amount. Your other alternative is... (more)

All you can do is try it. Finding your perfect macro ratio is key to pushing through a plateau for me. I would say that this is what I do, but I also calorie count.
