The butter and oil do not float on top of the coffee. You blend it in, as like with a magic bullet, so that it looks pretty much like cream. It's quite rich.

Ideas? I've finally built up my tolerance so that I don't over react to my love of coffee. I can drink it now and not become too stimulated. That's nice, but I wonder if the fat burning effects get affected by the tolerance issue?? (more)

Well, which is it? Or both? One more than the other? Reason I ask is, I'd like to take the concentrated green tea polyphenol capsules and skip the caffeine bit....feeling too over stimulated.

I do yerba mate on a fast. No crash from caffiene, very awake and alert. If you sip it from a bombilla it can sooth an oral fixation, but just cold with straight cranberry juice to take the edge off, mostly water is really nice and cleansing.... (more)
