Ideas? I've finally built up my tolerance so that I don't over react to my love of coffee. I can drink it now and not become too stimulated. That's nice, but I wonder if the fat burning effects get affected by the tolerance issue?? (more)

Well, which is it? Or both? One more than the other? Reason I ask is, I'd like to take the concentrated green tea polyphenol capsules and skip the caffeine bit....feeling too over stimulated.

Interesting about the long-brewed green tea, might give that a try. Why walk though when you could do some better exercise? Walking burns more fat during the exercise itself, but a gentle jog or cross-trainer will burn through tons more calories... (more)
