I have celiac and low stomach acid. I have been incredibly sick and I am finding at the moment what is working for me is having 2 meals a day and space them out so my poor tummy has time to digest the food and it appears to be working for me. (more)

I'm not an expert on this by any stretch, but to me, it sounds like it might be, or related to, SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overload.) Might be a good idea to read up on it to see if your symptoms match and see if its treatment helps. (more)

I get these symptoms too... before self diagnosing ourselves(yourself) you should tweak the diet. coffee may be good but if you need it for a bowel movement, your deficient in micronutrients. also, small meals, not large ones will help. try food... (more)
