yes, probably the high content of caffein that triggers acne. I started with paleo to get rid of acne. I had to quit drinking coffee because of the breakouts I get from it.

Taste should rule within bounds of course. For me it is vacuum first then French press and chemex drip depending on the time and situation. Early am Fr P. but later drip but after full dinner back to vacuum. Da Jim

If you want any sort of 'normalization' you have to stop taking in caffeine, probably for at least 30 days, and then reintroduce it in small amounts to see if you've become more sensitive.
