Coffee can lead to a feeling of being jittery and an increased heart rate. It's possible to drink coffee and not have any of these experiences.

yes, probably the high content of caffein that triggers acne. I started with paleo to get rid of acne. I had to quit drinking coffee because of the breakouts I get from it.
