Where in CA are you located? Depending on your proximity to me I could give you some ideas on where to go. Also you could always find some suet and render your own if you have a crock pot

The best tasting ones on the market are grown in clay soil rather than in Sandy soil. Weimar Farms grow them and are certified organic. They are available at Briar Patch in Grass Valley, New Castle Produce and Weimart at Weimar Center of Health... (more)

I am travelling from Europe to Santa Clara in March, and staying for 5 days for a conference. Does anyone know any Paleo-friendly restaurants in the area? Gluten-free is a must as I have celiac disease.
