I experience this too when I binge on carbs. The high lasts for a couple days, and then I crash, anxiety and all. Just you wait. : )

I have been taking Natural CALM for a few weeks now and I am experiencing the worst knee/ leg pain ever! I have also had vivd dreams, gas issues and diarea problems. The pain in my legs is really scary. Anyone else ever had this???

If you are having diarrhea you are taking to much for your body to handle. I would reduce the dose greatly and slowly build back or stop taking all together, readjust, and then choose if you wish to continue. the only side effect of magnesium is a... (more)

Just curious.. the natural calm instructions tell you to mix it with hot water and let it fizz.. wondering if it makes any difference whether it fizzes or not? personally i like the taste of it in cold water better.

You can chill it after it fizzes. Or have it fizz in a small amount of hot water then add cold after its done. I forget what chelate the natural calm uses but what ever it is it's there to make it more bioavailable. The reaction is probably... (more)
