I'm not one to say I do "Paleo", but I do eat fairly healthy. Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Dairy, Avocados, Veggies, Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Almonds. It's all very clean and I buy conventional, I can't afford organic. I eat very healthy. I'm getting a lot... (more)

Online calculators say I should eat about 2600 kcal per day. Instead, I eat between 3500-4500 per day (I don't count on a daily basis, but when I do, that is what it always comes out to) and I am weight constant.
