Try 30% carbs, 15% protein, 55% fat and then vary from there. Optimal proportions should eliminate hunger and enable you to fast comfortably while minimizing total calorie intake.

leangains is this: 16 fast/ 8 hour feeding carb cycling calorie cycling. if you are not doing the above you aren't doing 'leangains' your just IF. Leangains is high carb.

It looks like plenty of food. You might try crono-meter, fitday or loseit. One of them should give you a reasonable reading. It might be time to add in some weight lifting as well.

If you're going into ketosis, you definitely shouldn't be looking at calories. I think a tool like livestrong is ideal for tracking carbs and fat intake, but those calorie limits are really not designed for ketosis or Paleo lifestyle, and more... (more)

You don't mention any starches. If you're that active, there's no reason to be low carb. Try rice, potatoes (white and sweet), etc...
