I also live in Toronto. You cannot buy grass-fed butter in stores here. Ask around at the farmer's markets at the stands selling pastured beef. Let me know if you'd like specific suggestions.

K2 is not banned, but it is illegal to sell K2 supplements in Canada that contain more than 120mcg (I think) per serving. Absolutely ridiculous, I know. I think it has something to do with K's blood-clotting attributes and Canada classifying... (more)
