Yes, it can, especially if you get all the precursors to make cholesterol, which is then converted to hormones. Ditto minerals such as zinc, magnesium, etc.

I also agree with all these posts but would like to add, can you ring your doctor's surgery and tell them she has a growing breast lump and could they get you in any sooner? Even when they are fully booked, most doctors surgeries will move less... (more)

I don't think anyone knows yet. There's suggestion that not triggering it will prolong life, but we are a long way from a clear picture of what is happening.

The acid/alkaline theory of diet is a load of BS. The body's natural regulation mechanisms keeps blood pH within a very tight range. Urine and saliva pH have little to no relation to your blood pH.
