Yes, it can, especially if you get all the precursors to make cholesterol, which is then converted to hormones. Ditto minerals such as zinc, magnesium, etc.

Aspirin is the only NSAID that inhibits clotting. IIRC, low dose aspirin is often prescribed by doctors not for NSAID reasons, but for blood-thinning and anti-clotting reasons. I have no idea what the mechanism against cancer might be, but... (more)
