My unscientific observation is that people who have little weight to lose (under 20 or 30 lbs) don't see a lot of weight loss on paleo/low carb, at least not in the short term. I think that's because of a "set point"--your body may be happy where... (more)

Eat when hungry, don't force it. Also, the only thing you need to track in a low-carb gig is protein. You have body fat and dietary fat is really easy to eat massive amounts of. Carbs are taken care of just by not eating starches, you won't... (more)
