Ketosis - What Fruit and Vegetables Can I eat?

Ive decided I want to be in ketosis for most if not all the time. I have alot of inflammatory/autoimmune issues and there is not a single one that is not greatly improved while in ketosis.

I'm struggling alot though with breaking the ketosis. Im aware of the protein issue, but I'm wondering if I'm accidentally eating too many carbs.

What vegetables and fruit do people usually eat on ketogenic diets?

i know everyone eats greens on ketosis, but i was thinking about some variety in the color of the vegetables. like what is the best yellow or orange vegetable for the carotenoids? All of them seem very carby.

Log your food and count your carbs. Simple as that. You can eat enough "approved" fruits and veggies to kick you out of ketosis, so you have to count.

I would just try it and see how you do. If you don't lose weight, cut back. Also, berries have less sugar, so if the apple hampers your weight-loss, move to berries. It really is different for everyone.
