Personally, I wouldn't be unable to replete muscle glycogen on such a diet due to the low carbohydrate intake and would have the exact same symptoms. You might try adding in starch and seeing if there's a difference. It worked for me.

A lot of your symptoms are probably being caused by electrolyte depletion / imbalance. If you're low carb, you need to be consuming about 5 grams of sodium a day. 5 days / week of intense cardio is not healthy either.

Yes the cardio , that is way too much. In fact you don't even need hiit. What I would recommend is 3/week weight training, one hiit session and some slow walks. In fact you don't need the hiit session. Yes weight training and yoga FTW! (more)

Three hours of hard dancing is fantastic exercise. I had heaps of mates who used to stay thin when we were young, I'm sure it was partly because of this. Oh.. and the drugs. Actually, probably the drugs.
