Yes eggs cause gas in stomach, mostly the white part of the egg cause gas in stomach.

Coffee can lead to a feeling of being jittery and an increased heart rate. It's possible to drink coffee and not have any of these experiences.

For me, echinacea and goldenseal (sold together in capsule form) works in less than 24 hours whereas antibiotics I have been prescribed always take weeks to work not to mention all the other side effects.

I believe that nausea from both green and black teas are common when they are taken on an empty belly. I cannot drink my green tea on empty or I will HURL!

Joint pain and fatigue can be symptoms of a dairy allergy. You should eliminate dairy for a while (2-4 weeks), re-introduce it and see if the symptoms return. If you experience something similar, then you most likely have a dairy allergy.

This may simply be a food intolerance (not necessarily food allergy). Seeing as how you have eliminated them, it shouldn't be an issue but you can get something like an ALCAT food test to really find out

My experience is I need carbs to sleep well. Connection to serotonin production I have read. I am doing the Perfect Health Diet and I sleep better when I eat rice or potatoes at dinner. Oatmeal works really well for me too.
