Joint pain and fatigue can be symptoms of a dairy allergy. You should eliminate dairy for a while (2-4 weeks), re-introduce it and see if the symptoms return. If you experience something similar, then you most likely have a dairy allergy.

My experience is I need carbs to sleep well. Connection to serotonin production I have read. I am doing the Perfect Health Diet and I sleep better when I eat rice or potatoes at dinner. Oatmeal works really well for me too.
