Rice is paleo Jamie, it's high carb but still paleo my friend. If you tolerate it well, no weight issues/diabetes, then go for it & enjoy your Sushi. Also cream cheese isn't so bad if you don't have issues with that too. Paleo is about eating... (more)

I find it telling that they were able to secure that much animal meat at a time of the year at which their campsite location would have historically been unpopulated by natives due to weather conditions and food availability. Robb Wolf is a badass. (more)

Eggs are a great source of cheap protein. As are cans of tuna. Go for the good stuff on both if you can.
