Nah, no way would salad do that. You'd have to be eating piles of liver or taking a supplement with retinol.

I like butter oil because it keeps my lips from being dry and chapped. However, I am extremely sensitive to dairy products and get acne from butter oil. So, is there a substitute for butter oil?
