I would definitely recommend a cheat day if you want one but I would make it a paleo cheat day. Skip the pizza. Maybe have some dairy like ice cream. Just don't do gluten. There are so many cheat foods that you can have that won't harm your... (more)

Usually by Monday, we run out of delicious meat/fish/eggs. So we eat tofu for dinner. Is it okay for once a week? And also, is it okay to eat rice a little everyday? It's like 80/20. What do you think?

Relax. You appear to be intolerant to gluten and the only thing to do is to eat a normal Paleo diet and give yourself a break. Getting some counseling for your eating concerns/anxiety may be helpful, too.
