I see there are many recipes of paleo pancakes, brownies, ice cream, cinnamon rolls (oooh myy, looks soo good..), etc. Is this something you include in your diet, or do you stay away from baking and keep it totally clean?

I certainly agree that there are many paleo treat recipes and, yes, I've pinned quite a few of them. But have I made them? Only a few and only for special occasions when hosting other people. (Often, they turn out a little dissapointing.)... (more)

Usually by Monday, we run out of delicious meat/fish/eggs. So we eat tofu for dinner. Is it okay for once a week? And also, is it okay to eat rice a little everyday? It's like 80/20. What do you think?

I suppose tofu isn't as bad a cheat as some other noms out there, but do consider the phytoestrogens. I don't miss tofu, but I don't feel quite as guilty about cheating on tofu as say, ice cream or M&Ms. As for rice, white rice is generally... (more)

Just make sure to give the camp time to prep for you! If you don't give enough notice, you'll be doing a lot more grains and sugars than you planned on. But most of all, just enjoy yourself, and don't stress about food. You're young :)
