Hey everyone, I am a teen girl on the paleo diet, and have been on it for abut 4 months now. I am about 5'1 and 78-80 pounds. I'm not really trying to loose weight, unless you all think I should? I love eating whole, nutritious foods and I love... (more)

Cheating shouldn't stress you out. If you want the ice cream, then eat it. Just don't indulge in the stuff all the time. Isn't there an 80/20 rule?? You can cheat 20% of the time? I'm not sure.

There's no one paleo diet -- different people do different things depending on what works for them. You're the only one who can decide what you're allowed to do. If the question is whether an occasional indulgence in sugar or wheat is going to... (more)
