Pizza, ice cream, and wontons are appealing junk food, not "dairy foods," even if they contain dairy. If you were binging on, say, cottage cheese and yogurt I could imagine it having something to do with dairy.

You probably just have a fully functioning digestive system. A lot of us who have issues when we stray have guts that aren't completely healthy and therefore can't really bounce back as quickly from an indulgence.

I would suggest throwing away your scale and getting a tape measure. A scale measures you as a whole (bone, fat, muscle, water, undigested food, etc.) and will never tell you if you have lost fat and/or gained muscle.
