If you eat whole, real foods most of the time, don't get addicted to cheat treats (like I do :(), and don't get side effects from SAD food, I don't see any reason to stress about an occasional cheat treat. Just eat real, nutritious food the rest... (more)

I notice it on an individual meal basis. If I'm eating 300-400 calorie meals I get cold easier but I lose weight if I keep it up. When I eat a big meal of 700, 800, maybe 1000 calories I get warm, I can tell I'm burning a lot of those calories off... (more)

I'm doing this for my health so I only have a tiny cheat oonce every couple months. A bowl of gluten free cereal. with full fat coconut milk and raw honey and cinammon. To me such a rare treat is perfectly acceptable.

Just go back to eating the way you normally do. don't stress about it. Cheats happen, and the best thing to do is to go back to eating normal.
