It also depends entirely on your own personal paleo prescription. For instance I don't count cheese in moderation to be a "cheat" - I also don't consider white rice to be a "cheat" though I try not to have it every day. However, pinto beans are... (more)

Agree. All those fake foods just taste gross to me, not tempting at all. Used to love Reese's peanut butter cups, now they just taste like sugar and chemicals. Almond butter smeared on dark chocolate works much better.

Popcorn has been so hard to give up. I had some at a movie a while ago, and I did a calorie deficit and followed it with a long walk. Was it optimal? Probably not, but the point is to make overall beneficial changes, not torment ourselves.
