Anyone have a few good places to check out when I'm there? I am not eating dairy or grains right now. Thanks! Jeremy

Feed a cold, starve an inflammatory disease, anyone? A cold (sinus congestion, pressure, minor aches) I've had for more than a week is nice in comparison to what it seemed to replace. It's a more familiar ailment to me than the recent development... (more)

I'll be visiting my factory in Wisconsin earlier that week to work on the Primal Professional, then dropping by Chicago to visit some old buddies. They'll be working during the day, so if you're free on Wednesday 10/26, hit me up! I'd love to make... (more)

Partially Polish. I find many polish recipes easy to paleotize. Golabki potato pancakes, Pikeperch, goulash, and bigos are all basically paleo as-is. Of course, if anyone can come up with a paleo pierogi I would kiss the ground you walk on. I... (more)

I'm planning a trip with the girlfriend to Chicago in a week or so, and I'd love to find some paleo-friendly places to eat there. I know Bistro 110 has a gluten-free menu, and are very allergy-conscious, so they should be great. Beyond that, I'm... (more)

Hi, I know it's too cold out right now, but I've been craving some bleachers to do a stadium workout when it gets nicer. Preferably free. I would also prefer concrete steps, but aluminum seating will do. Let me know if you have any ideas!

I like my current physician, but he leans toward conventional wisdom too much. It's a bit hard to have a long conversation with him about the paleo diet because he's so busy all of the time. It's time for me to find another doctor. I'm... (more)
