Any changes that I should consider? I went paleo shortly after the first blood work came back.
And potatoes, sweet potatoes and beets
Variety of meat throughout the week with a focus on pasture animals and the occasional wild caught salmon or sardines. A pile of veggies with most meals with a focus on seasonal options from the local farmers market. Some fruit, probably a couple of pieces per week. I do eat cheese and I occasionally snack on nuts and seeds.
Common fats for me are lard, tallow, duck fat and coconut oil.
My exercise is primarily weightlifting (power lifting 3x per week) and a long walk or sprint work out mixed in.
