I've been supplementing with Chromium Polynicotinate. When I first started Paleo, I noticed it did help with any sugar cravings I had (not sure if placebo or not, but it's still an effect). Here is writeup on it with some links to studies.... (more)

I take chromium daily but it does nothing for my cravings (although others report good results). L-Glutamine, on the other hand, works well for me. 1/4 tsp under the tongue seems to work like a charm. I wouldn't be without the stuff. Edit:... (more)

They do. It's not listed for other high-Chromium foods either. With that said, unless it's purely for preference, I'm not sure why anyone would eat tomatoes for the Chromium. There are other foods much better. Yams, for instance, contain about... (more)
