I get this feeling whenever I skip a meal I've been eating daily for a while. It feels really good and all I can say about it is that because it's such a positive feeling, I believe I should fast more often.

If you're eating fairly low in carbs, you may be in ketosis. I've heard people mention that this sometimes makes them feel very hot, almost as if they can feel the fat-burning over time.

No. Your body fat is the amount of fat you currently have stored. It has nothing to do with whether and to what extent you can store body fat (take it from me I went from 35% to 10% bf. I can definitely store more than I currently have).... (more)

Are you fasting regularly or staying low carb? I get those symptoms when I fast too often or restrict carbs besides veges.

I've always had a slight tendency to having cold hands and feet and if I sit still too long my feet can go numb and my hands sometimes juat randomly go numb throughout the day. But since starting VLC paleo a month ago it seems to have gotten worse... (more)

I use a magnetic mattress (Nikken) and also magnetic insoles whenever I wear shoes. No more cold feet when I am in cold weather even though I am hypothyroid.
