Hi, My girlfriend has PCOS and although she has always had a little bit of spider veins on her thighs (since she was a teenager or so), she now started having new ones on her derriere. Could it be related to PCOS? Insulin resistance? Does any... (more)

Eating starch helps keep my extremities warm, which is one sign of good circulation. Prolonged carbohydrate restriction can cause a decline in the liver's conversion of T4 to the active thyroid hormone, T3, which in turn slows down the... (more)

The pills I don't overdo - at least I don't think so. Last night I took one magnesium pill which is 50% of the daily value. This morning, I woke up with the top left of my foot numb, red, and burning in a very defined area. My magnesium ... (more)
