I took it for a few months. Dont think it did anything but it didnt hurt me. Its in my cabinet with a thousand other supplements that i heard were miraculous.

I'm finding that if I spray my waist line with magnesium oil, I have to go around 5 hours later. It will probably act faster with a person with a normal sized colon.

I've used this clay for years: http://www.pascalite.com/About.htm I take 1/4 tsp mixed in water for nausea and upset stomach and just to add minerals. Externally as a poultice, it is the best thing for wasp stings, spider bites, etc. Sounds crazy... (more)
