I just been wondering how a wash cloth helps your skin as I have read a lot around the forum that many members just use water and a wash cloth yet still have amazing skin!! How is this so?

I did the Clean program a couple years ago, and that's how I figured out that I am gluten-intolerant. It does allow non-gluten grains and legumes also, and cuts out a lot of protein sources. You can do Clean while still just eating paleo foods... (more)

I use phd diet whey protein which has been good and had good ingredients and i am starting next week using red-55 pre-mixed shakes ! I wouldn't listen to people who tell you not to use protein shakes! Do what feels right for you!
