white chocolate IS just cocoa butter, with some sweetener added. It isn't chocolate. your other commenters offering links to raw cocoa butter are on the money. You will have to do something to it, on its own it is not always pleasant tasting. (more)
Cocoa butter is the fat portion of the cocoa bean. When you eat chocolate you're eating cocoa butter. Much better to eat dark chcocolate 70% or above. Although saturated its not bad for your health.
