I do something similar...cup of black coffee and add 1~2 tsp of coconut milk in a blender. Awesome.

Put the coconut milk in a nice smoothie with a raw egg, frozen fruit, and maybe a banana.

Test out the bulletproof coffee. KerryGold unsalted butter, MCT oil, cocoa, and vanilla. Fabulous coffee.

you just add 1-2 tbsp to you tea or coffee... I think coconut milk doesn't go very well with coffee IMO, but it tastes nice with black tea don't add too much of it though. almond milk is delicious with coffee.. I always make a hot chocolate w/ coconut milk:

1.5 tbsp of cacao powder (the real dark brown one, not the grayish sugary stuff), 1 tsp (or more) coconut oil (optional), 1 tsp coffee, 1 tsp instant coffee (optional; I like the bitterness/kick it gives), vanilla, 2-3 chilli flakes (yeah I know, but again, I like the kick), now pour some boiling water, mix well, pour 3-4 tbsp of coconut milk (the heavy one, not the watery diluted type), add some more boiling water, mix, enjoy!

- If you use coconut oil, I recommend using a hand mixer for better results

- to avoid boredom, I like to flavor it with fresh ginger instead of vanilla & chilli, sometimes I use cinnamon and cardamom instead, or fresh orange zest, and sometimes I don't add an spices/flavors at all

Use the heavy cream in the tea and coffee.

Use the coconut milk for something else. I'd prefer to use the coconut water, and the coconut meat whole or shredded, to the processed coconut milk.

You make tea or coffee in the normal way (with hot water). Then use heavy cream or coconut milk as you would use any other creamer - add a bit to a cup.
